AERATOR

Mechanical submersible aerator

Self-sucking submersible aerator, submersible motor without gear with direct drive, whereby the required vacuum is created by the rotation of the impeller in connection with an aspiration chamber. Application: ideally suitable due to the free-standing and simple assembly for re-fitting or extension (temporary solutions). The only fixed supply line is the local electrical connection to the submersible motor.

Submersible aerator with pressurization:

To be used as a slow-running rotor with flow channels and submerged gear motor without soil fastening as a stationary installation.

Application: E.g. in biology in the nitrification and denitrification module for simple operation by switching off of the compressed air supply, the hydraulic mixing energy remains in the tank. The installation of O2 and nitrogen sonde/sensors enables an automatic control of the submersible aerator between aeration and mixing and can thus be adapted to the inlet load.
